Reaching Families

Reaching Families is a West Sussex-based organisation which aims to empower, inform and support parents and families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in West Sussex.  We achieve this through the delivery of a wide range of high quality projects and services including:- Our parent-carer guide 'Making Sense of it All', localised factsheets, benefits advice, training workshops and courses, Face-2-Face befriending, parent support groups, NDP Navigation service and Facebook.
