What to expect from a sound healing session...

Everyone's experiences can vary widely depending on their sensitivity to sound, emotional state and openness to the process. Here are some examples of what can happen during...

• Deep relaxation or falling asleep – It’s common for people to drift into a dream-like state or even doze off.

• Emotional waves – You might feel sudden joy, sadness or even tears as blocked emotions surface and release.

• Vibrational sensations – Some people feel physical sensations like tingling, warmth or waves of energy moving through the body.

• Visual imagery or colors – With eyes closed, some people experience vivid colors, sacred geometry or dream-like visions.

• Heightened intuition & clarity – Sometimes participants may receive insights, solutions to problems or a sense of knowing.

• Out-of-body sensations – Some report a sense of floating, expansion or deep connection beyond their physical self.

Contraindications

  • Please note that sound healing may not be suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, for individuals with metal implants like pacemakers or those susceptible to sound-induced epilepsy. If you have any questions around these areas please send me an email [email protected]

Hello I’m Katie :)

I work with multiple instruments to create deeply restorative sound baths in Lancashire, UK

Finding this beautiful, ancient practice has been the most amazing gift to my life for many reasons. What started as a curiosity, sparked from the first sound bath I attended, has blossomed into being my life’s passion and purpose to help people return to their natural state of peace, love and harmony through the power of sound.
