What to expect from a sound healing session...
Everyone's experiences can vary widely depending on their sensitivity to sound, emotional state and openness to the process. Here are some examples of what can happen during...
• Deep relaxation or falling asleep – It’s common for people to drift into a dream-like state or even doze off.
• Emotional waves – You might feel sudden joy, sadness or even tears as blocked emotions surface and release.
• Vibrational sensations – Some people feel physical sensations like tingling, warmth or waves of energy moving through the body.
• Visual imagery or colors – With eyes closed, some people experience vivid colors, sacred geometry or dream-like visions.
• Heightened intuition & clarity – Sometimes participants may receive insights, solutions to problems or a sense of knowing.
• Out-of-body sensations – Some report a sense of floating, expansion or deep connection beyond their physical self.
