Welcome to the AMAZING sound bath meditations in the beautiful tranquil space that is Whittle-Le-Woods Community Hall. Come and experience the healing qualities of sound frequency along with some deep meditations and guided visualisations and Star Magic Healing for inner peace & healing.

As a form of meditation, sound baths are an excellent way to let go of your worries and sink into a deeply serene experience. I have been guiding people into altered states for over 20 years using my voice as a Master Hypnotherapist, adding sound to this experience can take your relaxation to a completely new level.

You will be lying comfortably and allowing the healing sound frequencies to wash over you! I will be using a variety of instruments including: Drums, Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Chimes, Gongs, Free Note, Rattles, my voice and more...

Bring along a yoga mat (I have a few spares book in advance), a pillow and blacnket or whatever will make you feel most comfortable. Also bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated.

Please note that this event is NOT suitable for those who are in first trimester of pregnancy or have a pace maker fitted.
