About this event

The online class will include Yoga, Somatic and Fascia Release Techniques. The intent is to offer regular 25min classes. I’ve found that a consistent, shorter practice works much better than just a few long sessions each week. It’s easier on the nervous system, and fits more naturally into different lifestyles. These classes focus on mindful movement and releasing emotional and mental stress—while gently strengthening the body without adding extra tension. Each session blends elements of flow, yin, breathwork, kriya, yoga nidra, and somatic and fascia release techniques. The attention is placed on how the practice feels in your body, how to regulate and reconnect with your inner resources, and to feel good about yourself!


Classes are open and accessible to all levels.
