The Courting Club's first-ever Summer Social is coming to Banbury! 🌞💝🍻🥂 🍾


Since launching our Singles events in January, we knew it would be a travesty NOT to host a Summer get-together! Who doesn't love a bit of mingling overlooking a warm sunset with a cold cocktail in hand?!

As with all our events, the Summer Social is intended for singles aged 35 - 55, who are keen to meet new people, make real connections, and maybe even find that spark you’ve been looking for!

More details on what the evening will include will follow, but this one will have extra spark!

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to buy a ticket or can I turn up on the night?

This is a ticketed event so we can't accept walk-ins I'm afraid. Buying your ticket in advance means we can balance the number of males and females in the room.

Why is there an age range on the event?

From our own dating experiences, we know that the majority of those aged 35 - 55 are desperate to date away from the apps. We appreciate there is a whole host of singletons outside this age range so maybe there'll be events for them in the future, for now we ask you to respect the age range.

Is there parking at the venue?

Parking is available at either the North 1 Car Park (300 spaces) which is set over two floors under the venue with the bottom floor offering lift access directly into the venue, or the North 2 or South Car Parks. Parking is free after 6pm.

Is there a dress code?

No! Be comfortable, and be you.

Will you share my details with anyone at the event without my permission?

Absolutely not! We expect our guests to date in a way they feel comfortable with and if you meet someone you'd like to see again, swap numbers - or don't, it's all about respect and enjoying yourself.

Is this a straight event?

We haven't specified. As this is a ticketed event, not invite only we can't guarantee who is in the rooms. We are not being prescriptive nor restrictive and everyone is welcome, we're looking to build a community of like minded singles to make connections and who knows where that may lead.

Will there be pictures taken at the event?

Whilst we might snap some photos for our own socials, we ask all attendees to either crop out other people in the room, or blur their faces for any pictures shared online. The same goes for us. We know that most people aren't comfortable with having their dating exploits pictured and shared publicly
