What to expect?

As part of our MiSP Speaker Series for 2024/25 Esther Ghey, founder of Peace & Mind UK and Emma Mills, Headteacher of Birchwood Community High School will be talking about introducing mindfulness to Warrington schools, discussing the development of a sustainable approach and sharing the experiences of staff and students. They will outline their vision for growing a community of mindfulness teachers in Warrington, including ideas for how best to support individual teachers in schools and creating a forum for sharing ideas and best practice. They will discuss following the MiSP Pathways framework and how the training so far forms the foundations for a self-sustaining model for One Community Trust.

There will also be an opportunity for Esther and Emma to answer questions. If you personally have a question for Esther or Emma about mindfulness in schools, please email [email protected] one week before the event (i.e. by Thu 6th June 2025). We will try to ask as many of these as possible during the session.

The session is set to provide thought provoking and inspiring reflections from two key contributors to field. It will be a chance to come together as a (global) community, including warmly welcoming any familiar and newer faces!

Who is invited?

The webinar is open to ALL so please do invite colleagues and friends.
