About this event

Wednesday Morning Yoga

Midweek Movement: Yoga to Energise Your Morning
Wake up with purpose and positivity.
This 30-minute morning yoga session is designed to refresh your body and sharpen your focus midweek. Led by Dharanesh, a traditional Yoga Master, you'll flow through accessible movements and mindful breathwork to set the tone for a calm and productive day. No experience needed, just show up and flow. Start your day with balance and clarity.

Before we begin, here are a few important things to keep in mind:

  1. Medical Conditions & Injuries
Please inform us if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations. This helps us offer safe modifications or suggest postures to avoid.
  2. Camera On for Guidance
For safety and effective guidance, it is compulsory to keep your video on during the session. This allows the instructor to observe your practice, offer real-time posture corrections, and ensure you're moving safely and appropriately throughout.
  3. Create a Comfortable Space
Choose a quiet, open area where you can stretch and move freely without obstruction.
  4. Yoga Mat
A non-slip mat is ideal. If unavailable, use a firm surface, but please take extra care to avoid slipping.
  5. Clothing
Wear comfortable, breathable clothes. Practicing barefoot is best, though yoga socks with grip are an option.
  6. Optional Props
Have a blanket, block, or strap nearby if available – these can enhance comfort and accessibility during your practice.
  7. Avoid Eating Before Class
For your comfort and safety, please avoid eating at least two hours before the session. A light stomach supports better movement, breath, and focus during practice.
