Join us at The Pavilion, Graylingwell Park for our monthly rejuvenating Sound/Gong Bath! Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of chimes and gongs as you relax and unwind. It should help you feel a sense of calm and clarity. No experience necessary. Feel free to explore the park before or after to extend the session.
This afternoon retreat is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
What to expect:

Herbal tea and delicious homemade cake will be provided afterwards. Please advise of any allergies at the time of booking.
Wear comfortable clothes and you may like to bring the following:
- Blanket to keep you cosy
- Yoga mat to lay on (although some are provided if you dont have one)
- Pillow for you head
- Eye mask (These will be on sale for £5)
- Water to drink afterwards
Please note - Whilst Sound Baths / Gong Baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:
- 1st trimester of pregnancy
- Anyone with a pacemaker
- Unsupported serious mental health condition
- Sound induced epilepsy
Please also inform us of any of the following:
- Metal implants
- Tinnitus
- Severe illness
- Recent surgery
