Join us on an evening of discovery as you travel through the elements supported by gentle guidance and the heart opening medicine of organic Ceremonial Cacao. A wave of movement awaits, as you open to the journey of connection. Awaken to the Ether within transforming into Air, the Earth into Fire into Water, dancing back into the new quality of Ether.
Together these 5 elements make up the entire Universe and form the fabric of your inner world.
After the dance gently rest and receive the healing sound of the Gong.
We will begin with a small ritual with ceremonial cacao, drinking a gentle dose of this heart opening, plant medicine. Then you will be guided to move your body, inviting curiosity to express yourself freely. Each element becomes a different stage of moving into the heart. A time to nourish and uplift your spirit and dance in all the blessings that await you.
We will finish lying down, resting and receiving the vibrational sound of the Gong.

Practicals:
- EveryBody is welcome and no experience needed
- The safe space is created to move and dance freely and to listen to your body – honoring its unique expression
- Dance barefoot if possible
- It is an active meditation, so whatever is going on for you, bring it to the dance and keep it moving
- Alcohol and substance free space
What to bring?
- Your beautiful self
- A bottle of water to stay hydrated
- Wear comfortable clothes, layers work well as you warm up & cool down
- Blanket, yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow, whatever you need to feel comfy for the Gong bath. There are some mats to borrow.
- Special mug for cacao
- Notebook and pen in case you want to record any reflections
Please arrive by 6.45 pm so we start on time and open together with ceremonial cacao.
