Join us for a Folky Family Ceilidh in June!

Come along to the Upper Norwood Library Hub where we will talk you through how to ceilidh dance. We will provide a live folk band and some sheet music - so feel free to bring yoru instrument and join the band!

Dust off your dancing shoes and bring the whole family along - under 5s can come for free!

We are glad to offer this event at only £6 per ticket for humans over 5 years old, thanks to funding from Folk Camps Society! We will be sharing more information about their campin holidays during the afternoon.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Absolutley! We know how much little people need snacks. Grown ups can also bring snacks and drinks. Alcoholic drinks are permitted in moderation, but please let us know as we will have to cover a corkage fee per wine bottle/beer case. No cocktails allowed - sorry!

Is there parking?

There is very limited parking at the library - you can call ahead to book a space for £7. You can also look into parting on a side road. We encourage travelling by public transport, where possible. We are a short walk or bus from crystal palace and gipsy hill stations.

Is there a lift? and a toilet? and a baby change facility?

Yes, Upper Norwood Library Hub has a lift, an accessible toilet and baby change facilities.
