Is this course suitable for beginners?

Yes. Even though the Esoteric Tantra Yoga Course is one of the most complex you will ever find, it takes you right from the beginning, allowing you to gradually dive into it. Just bring your heart and the rest will follow.

Is the course only for couples?

The tantric path is open to everyone and you don’t need to be in a relationship in order to join. Since the tantric path embraces all aspects of life, there are chapters about relationships and eroticism, but you can study these as well individually.

How is the structure of the course?

The first part of the journey consists of eight sequential modules that lead you through the different chakras and their specific energetic and psychological characteristics, together with learning  a great variety of practical exercises and techniques.

How long is a class?

In the first months the classes last around 2 hours. After approximately three months, when enough asanas have been learned to reach full practice sessions, the class duration will go up to 2.5 hours.

Do I get any personal support?

After each class, the teacher is available to answer questions and offer tailored guidance for your practice. You'll connect with like-hearted classmates and join a global Atman Academy community—a network of support for both new and experienced students along their spiritual journey.

How fast will I see results?

Everyone has their own rhythm of transformation that cannot be forced. However, by having a persistent practice with an enthusiastic and optimistic attitude and with attentiveness, the results will appear much faster than if you practice only during the class or without the adequate inner attitude.

Does it matter if I am religious/atheist/unsure?
