Healing With Nature: Herbal Tea & Balm Making Workshop

Join us for a hands-on, sensory-rich workshop where you’ll learn the art of crafting your own herbal teas and balms using fresh, seasonal plants.

Perfect for beginners and plant-lovers alike, this workshop invites you to connect with nature, discover the benefits of local flora, and leave with practical skills to support your wellbeing.

In this workshop participants will learn how to make herbal teas from scratch, identify local plants and shrubbery that can be used to heal and soothe. Early summer brings new foliage that will enable participants to make herbal teas and balms to fit with the season.

Guided by knowledgeable herbalist Alison Cooper, you will:

  • Learn how to identify local plants and shrubbery with healing and soothing properties
  • Discover how to harvest ethically and in tune with nature’s rhythms
  • Blend your own herbal teas from scratch using fresh and dried ingredients
  • Create a nourishing herbal balm tailored to the season’s needs

Spring is a time of renewal, and with new growth all around us, this workshop offers the perfect opportunity to explore the natural remedies available on your doorstep. Whether you're looking to boost your immune system, ease seasonal allergies, or simply enjoy a mindful, creative evening, you'll leave with homemade products, a new appreciation for local plants, and the confidence to continue your herbal journey at home.
